Flanged Butterfly Valve Information
The closing part is a disc-shaped butterfly plate, and the valve that rotates around a fixed shaft in the valve body to open, close and regulate fluid is called butterfly valve.
The butterfly plate of rubber-lined butterfly valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipeline. In the cylindrical passage of the butterfly valve body, the disc-shaped butterfly plate rotates around the axis of the valve stem, and the rotation angle is between 0 and 90 degrees. When it rotates to 90 degrees, the valve is fully open.
The rubber lined flange batterfly valve should generally be installed horizontally in the pipeline.

Characteristics
The use of rubber seat seal makes it suitable for lower temperature and pressure, generally not more than 80℃ and not more than PN10, but also makes it have very excellent sealing performance. Therefore the rubber lined flange butterfly valve is most suitable for normal temperature liquid.
